Falls at Meehan Apartments, which began construction this summer after the closing of a HUD 221 (D) (4) loan, is a 296-unit garden/low-rise apartment complex with 11 three-story apartment buildings on roughly 17.464-acres. Property amenities will include a clubhouse featuring a community room with kitchen, recreational room, administrative offices, fitness center and restrooms. Additional amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool with surrounding sundeck, a car care center, pet park, gas grilling area and walking trails.

The property is located along the eastern portion of South Mechanics Street and the southern portion of Crooked Cedar Way in Pendleton, SC. The community will offer surface parking of 530 spaces. The site will be located adjacent to Clemson Area Transit (CAT) Bus Line, which provides access to Clemson University and the towns of Clemson, Seneca, Central and Pendleton. The project location has good exposure and access to major area thoroughfares, area retail and medical centers and major employment centers of Pendleton and surrounding areas of Clemson and Upstate SC.

Allie helped raise $18 Million in tandem with several local partners to start this apartment community and will coordinate all aspects of development for the project. The development group has a wide range of HUD experience that made the decision to develop this project through the HUD program a good fit.
