Construction is in the final stages at Falls at Meehan Apartments, a garden-style apartment complex in Pendleton, SC about 4 miles from Clemson. Allie has guided development and construction of this project with several respected industry partners. Due to the ongoing population and job growth in the area, this location is a prime spot for apartments and will open its final buildings in June 2025.
Lakeside Lodge Clemson
Clemson, SC
The Allie team created this unique property to serve as a place for Clemson alumni, fans and friends to enjoy on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Hartwell in Clemson, SC. This condo hotel includes resort-style amenities such as a pool and hot tub, poolside bar, miniature football field, amphitheater and on-site restaurant, Traditions on the Lake. The Allie team raised the initial $10 Million for the project, developed the property and brokered all the individual unit sales. The day to day operations of the hotel are now handled by an affiliated company, Southern Resort Group.
The Residences at Biltmore
Asheville, NC
50 condo hotel units were purchased at this property near the gates of the Biltmore House. The Allie team handled all the marketing and sales and took over the leasing business on site through affiliated company Southern Resort Group, which maintains control over the rentals of the units enrolled in the rental program.
