Falls at Meehan Apartments Development Headed for Occupancy This Year
GREENVILLE BUSINESS MAGAZINE: The first buildings of the Falls at Meehan Apartments, LLC in Pendleton, South Carolina, should be available for occupancy by September 2024, development officials announced.
Building in final stretch on $62M apartment complex in Pendleton
GSA BUSINESS: A $62 million apartment complex will join the single-family home neighborhood Falls at Meehan soon, with the first apartments ready at the Pendleton site in September.
Construction on the 296-unit Falls at Meehan Apartments began last June. The 17.46-acre project is a joint effort by partners Allie Capital, Makson Construction, RealtyLink, and Joe and Jeff Bostic, according to a news release.

New, luxury 'condo-hotel' near Clemson built on 'Dabo economics' model
GREENVILLE NEWS: Despite a pandemic, not knowing what football season will look like and months of delays, Lakeside Lodge in Seneca has opened.
The luxury "condo-hotel" on Lake Hartwell is geared towards Clemson's biggest fans – artwork of Tillman Hall (Old Main) hangs in guest rooms, the carpet pattern is muted tones of orange and purple and Clemson football alum Tajh Boyd is even on the sales team.
How much will a game day property in Clemson cost you? The first challenge is finding one.
GREENVILLE NEWS: Kenneth Blank was at a Clemson University football game against the Miami Hurricanes with his family when they left in the third quarter to try and beat traffic getting home to Dahlonega, Georgia.
Clemson came back to win the game in the final quarter and Blank pledged not to leave another game early.
Clemson football alums get rebate to keep Lakeside Lodge project in Oconee County
GREENVILLE NEWS: The team of former Clemson football players behind a luxury condo and hotel development on Lake Hartwell will be keeping their tax dollars in the county.
Oconee County Council on Tuesday voted 4-0 to give Lakeside Lodge investors a $2 million infrastructure rebate to keep the project from annexing into the city of Clemson.
